Getting Your Discs Cleaned is Easy. First, download and print a copy of the order form. Fill out the information and include the form, along with your scratched discs to be repaired and your payment, in a secure mailer. Address the package, apply the postage and mail it to us. Simple as that! Once we receive your CDs, DVDs, game or software discs, we will inspect, repair and ship them back to you scratch-free and playing like new.

1. Download an Order Form

Download an Order Form in PDF FormatOur downloadable Order Form (PDF format, 56k) contains pricing information on our disc repair services. Print it out and fill in the number of discs and your return mailing information. If you are having trouble downloading the form, contact us and we'll be happy to email it to you directly or fax a copy to you. Acrobat Reader software is required to view PDF documents. It's included with most computers, but the software is also available as a FREE download from Adobe.com.

2. Pack up Your Discs

Bubble wrap mailers provide shipping security for CDs and DVDsWe suggest you place your discs in a case designed for storing CDs. A bubble wrap mailer or a padded envelope will provide shipping security for the CD. You may also send your CD in a flat shipping mailer specifically designed for sending CDs. It is important to separate multiple discs within a package so they don't scratch further during shipping. If you are sending more discs than one mailer would hold, we suggest packing the discs in a sturdy box and adding packing or padding material so that they are not jostled during delivery.

3. Include Payment

Please total your order using our pricing guide. We accept personal checks, cashiers' check or money order. Please make checks payable to Rubberdisc.com. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are now accepted via Paypal. If you are using Paypal, send payment to Paypal User ID: Rubberdisc.com or Paypal email address: sales@rubberdisc.com. Commercial accounts, libraries and video stores may qualify for invoice billing. Contact us for credit terms.

4. Send Us Your Package
